Below are a few examples of deal's we've put together for investment groups.

We have a 50 acre ocean view property that will be developed as an urbanization condominium consisting of a commercial center, single family home sites, possible boutique hotel sites, and condominiums sites with common areas that will be enjoyed by all. This property is located in Flamingo with 800 meters of commercial road frontage. The property elevates to incredible views of Flamingo and the new proposed state of the art marina. Hard surfaced roads, underground utilities, waste treatment plant and power sub station will make this property a must for those that want a prime piece of paradise to develop. Boat owners will be able to clearly watch their boats from these close views of the new marina. The property is currently in the design phase toward the master plan and permits. Another property is a 750 acre mountain range with incredible distant ocean views. The valley and mountain views on this property will take your breath away. This property is raw natural jungle with natural water falls that will be developed into single family 1.24 acre building sites. The next example is a 2.47 acre titled beach property on Potrero Beach that can be purchased as is or possibly sub-divided into several single family beach lots. Condominiums would also be a very possible potential use to develop the property. More information about this potential possibility and pricing will be coming soon.

Last but not least, is a new condominium complex due to start common area construction in late January 2006. This condo site is located in the community of Surfside on a property commonly known locally as Ocho Hijos Cabañas. This property is within a three block walking distance to Potrero Beach. Potrero and its beaches are located next to the Flamingo area. This area offers excellent restaurants, bars and food stores, all within walking distance.

The development will offer 18 two-bedroom units in three separate three-story buildings and 9 three-bedroom units in three separate triplex two-story town house style buildings.
